My hair care
Afer washing them i dry them by towel then i spray on them Gliss Kur balsam which helps me to comb them gently. Then i use Syoss volume mousse. After using this i comb them let them get drier and in 10-20 minutes (depends on how much time i have) and than i use Syoss heat protector. I dry them, comb them again, use F 1.2 oil for frayed ends. After all this i spray varnish on them.

Today i had part-time job asi guide for choir which had competation in Pardubice. It was quite hard for me becouse i dont live in this town and i didnt really know how to get to some another places if it necessary but fortunately there wasnt any complication.
Before this i went with my schoolmate (who also guided one choir) to lunch where we had spinach soup. It was absolutely delicious :)

Brno and vegetarian restaurant

Yesturday I visited Brno becouse there was Gaudeamus- the fairtrade of universties. After it we went to vegetarian restaurant where we had soya "meat" with vegetable sauce with rice and fried pumpkin and buckweat mashed potatoes.There was also apple purre with chilli, vegetable and as desert was halva.
Honestly i didnt really liked that soya "meat" but hte rest was really good :)

Carrot salad

I work in tanning salon. I dont tun myself but its good to work there. I acually dont really work there - just sitting, reading or studying but mostly netsurfing.. My duty is to turn on solarium and help with tanning cosmetics. So nothing really exhausting :D

My father and brother got as a birthday present driving in "super" cars. Both of them chose Porsche. They enjoyed it extremly- when they returned they both had crazy smile on thier faces. It was really cute :)

Dostal se mi do ruky letáček s nabídkou vyzkoušení si fitness centrum Contours. Nachází se naprosti "malýmu" Tescu v prostorách bývalé drogerie.
V letáčku bylo uvedeno, že první týden - zkušení - bude zdarma. Proto jsem neváhala a zavolala na uvedené číslo abych se objednala apod. Slečna byla moc milá a ještě ten den mě objednala.
Když jsem dorazila, ujala se mě paní (cca 45-50 let), která mi řekla, kde se mám převléct a dát věci. Vystupování milé.
Poté si mě vzala ke stolečku, kde se mnou měla v úmyslu vyplnit dotazník. Hned na začátku chtěla mé podrobné údaji i adresu nebo mobilní telefon. Neustále odbíhala, bavila se jinými lidmi, neposlouchala mé odpovědi a někdy nad nima kroutila hlavou. Poté mi řekla, že bych měla několik svých koníčků vypustit a k nim chodit alespoň 3x týdně.
Poté jsme přešli na stoje. Principem tohoto fitness centra je to, že je určen speciálně pro ženy a proto jsou podle toho vyráběny stoje. V reproduktorů hraje hudba a každných 45 vteřin se ozve: změňte stroj. Vaším úkolem je tedy 45 vteřin cvičit a poté se přesunout na další stroj. Ideální je udělat 2 kolečka na strojích - 30 minut strávených v posilovně.Poté co mi ukázala, jak se na jednotlivých strojích cvičí jsem si to měla vyzkoušet sama. Extrémně ně to nebavilo. Cvičení na stojích samo o sobě je docela nuda ale tohle byl fakt děs. Hrozná staromódní hudba, starý nakynutý 40 paní a já tam mezi nima. Oblečení mi tak hrozně smrdělo z toho jak jsem tam seděla. Posilovna to je pro mě skvělá hudba, iontový nápoj, totální příjemný vyčerpání a krasní svalnatí chlapi, kteří se mohou strhnout se předvést přede mnou popřípadě moct mi.
Ovšem pro věkovou kategorii, pro kterou je to určeno je to určitě vhodné cvičení a dobrý začátek s posilovnami a se cvičením vůbec.

Yesturday i visited theatre parformance Molire's Scrooge. It was absolutely brilliant - the hole theatre was laughing to death. Me too. Harpagon was czech great actor Josef Dvořák and what he showed - that was really umbelivable.
I'm looking for another parformace :)

Most of my polishes are present which i got from my friends at my 18's birthday party. The gave me 18 of them. It was great and really made me happy. But there is no way i would be able to use all of them up.

I do enjoy bio cosmetics. It smells good, looks good, it has great consistence, it's friendly to nature, animals,..
Too bad that is has the price it has. My favorite (i havent tried many yet) is greek label Korres. The price is quite high but there are much "worste". I like how the stuff which it has or it doest are written on the bottle (or box). The usually use natural essences or extracts from flovers or plants in general. I definitly recomned it.
1. Saloos - sea-buckthorn balsam: I use it for everything. When its cold its great lip balsam or wound I use it too
2. Spa botanico - hand cream with dead see's salt: nothing to be said. Great handcream with emollient effect.
3. L'occitane - conditioner: with 5 essential oils. Hair are smooth, shinny and smells good.
4. Lavera - tooth paste: nothing to camplain but nothing special. I like that it doesnt foam too much.
5. Alverde - body oil: it smells like currant and i love it. Its very soft and warm your body. AND THE SMELL!
6. Korres - body showers: with Guarana and wild rose. It wash your body softly but enough. But the best is the smell. You can feel it after showering for several hours.
7. Alverde - body butter: with tarmac nuts. Smells absolutely great. You want to use it all the time. The skin is calmed and hydrate.
8. L'occoitane- hand cream: the best hand cream i have ever tried. Smells like my grandmother (in good way) and help me with my (annoying) nails to recover.
9. Chantelle - face masks: with dead see's salt, or ginseng and jasmine or cucumber and apple. I havent tried all but i already tried with orange and it was refreshing and calmed my skin.

Afer the concert we went to visit so pub. It was fun and hell (for someones) - when we went back home Jiříx dissapeared near a buliding site. We started to look for him. He luckily appeard but with his hand cratched. He told us that he felt.

I visited The day of Israel. It is project for supporting the state Israel. People who are somehow conected with this state appear at this night.
I think that the most interesting was interview with the director of movie about what Sir Nicolas Winton did. The movie is called Nicky's family. It's very moving and nice.
The was also publicist Lenka Jaklova who made domucentary movie about Jewish pilots from 2WW who were trained at my home city.
All night was really interesting and was ended by banquet where I tasted great jewish wine called Sacramental wine. Really delicious!

Posledních 14 dní jsem strávila na stáži ve Slovinsku.
Bylo to naprosto neskutečný, úžasný a krásný.
Navštívili jsme Ljubjanu(hlavní město), Sežanu (kde jsme byli ubytovaní) a Bled (lázeňské město v Alpách).
Naše stáž zahrnovala návštěvu památek, koupání v moři a jezerech a horská turistika :)
